Frequently asked questions

How do you protect donor data?

UNICEF's activities in Croatia would not be possible without the generous support of our donors. So it’s hugely important for us to safeguard the data we get insight into when you donate for children. Read how we take care of your data.

How and where are the donated funds spent?

UNICEF is financed exclusively by voluntary donations from citizens, companies, foundations and governments. The available donated funds are directed towards the realization of our programme in Croatia, and, when necessary, to help children in humanitarian crises around the world. Our donors regularly receive reports on the results we achieve together for the benefit of children.

How do monthly donations work?

Monthly donations via debit or credit card are set up via this website, in the amount of your choice. If you want to change the donation amount or stop donating, feel free to contact us at 01 4095 868 or at donacije@unicef.hr.

How else can I help vulnerable children?

If you live in the Zagreb area, you can support the work of UNICEF as a volunteer.
If you work in a school, we invite you to join the School for Africa.

What is your VAT No.?

The VAT number (OIB) of the UNICEF Office in Croatia is 18282095247.
