Childhood Guardians
Monthly donors help vulnerable children in Croatia and around the world
Many children live in difficult and insecure conditions. Change a child's life with a regular donation!
- children living in poverty
- children who grow up in institutions instead of in a warm family
- children with developmental disabilities
- children and young people with mental health problems
- and other vulnerable groups of children.
“We should do our best never to see a hungry child, a child who suffers, a child who is left behind. That is the world we should aim to create!”
Together with other donations, your monthly contribution can achieve long-term, positive changes for children. Even a small regular donation means a lot.
Every year, around 2,000 premature children are born in Croatia, and around 400 of them need intensive medical care. UNICEF and donors helped seriously ill babies by equipping all neonatology units with medical equipment.
Childhood Guardians help the most vulnerable children every day, throughout the year.
- implementation of programs and activities for the most vulnerable children in Croatia - children living in poverty, children living in institutions, children with developmental disabilities, children with mental health issues, and other vulnerable groups of children
- emergency humanitarian aid which saves lives of girls and boys in crisis situations around the world.

UNICEF is financed exclusively by donations, so every donation is important in building a better world for children.
A regular donation is made every month, and the amount and duration of the donation are completely under your control.
